VI. International Symposium on Accounting and Finance

      We are pleased to announce that the VI. International Symposium on the Accounting and Finance (ISAF 2021) cohosted by the Association of Accounting and Finance Academicians (AAFA) and Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Business Administration Department will be ONLINE on 23-25 April 2021. The official language of the Symposium is English and Turkish. The blind review process will be carried out over extended abstracts and full papers. All accepted full papers will be published on the Symposium Proceedings Book. Theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of accounting and finance are welcome.

      This symposium would be of benefit to both academicians and practitioners from all over the world. In this “New Normal” era, the symposium will bring academicians and practitioners together ONLINE. Participants are required to connect with a computer with a camera at the time allocated to them in the symposium program and make a 15-minute presentation. Participants who register to the symposium can participate in all online presentations. Hence, we graciously invite academicians, practitioners, graduate students as well as those who have a keen interest in the area to present papers or participate in ISAF 2021.

Deadline for Extended Abstracts : 26 February 2021
Notification of accepted Extended Abstracts : 31 March 2021
Deadline of submission : 1 April 2021

Participants who register for the symposium; They have the right to participate in the congress online, receive a certificate of attendance and the symposium proceeding, and publish extended abstract or full text papers in the proceedings book. Authors who submit their papers in full text, if they want their papers to be published (after the double-blind review process) in the special issue of “The Journal of Accounting and Finance”, should send their papers in article format according to the writing rules on the journal's web page until 10 June 2021. In this case, short abstracts of the papers will be published in the proceedings book.
